One of the greatest treats at FringeNYC 2016 was a one-man show in which Evan Zes described, in gripping detail, how he managed to survive in NYC as a struggling actor by illegally subletting a rent-controlled apartment using Airbnb. Zes’ adventures are hilarious…and will ring painfully true to any New Yorker.
